These terms govern use of indieMX. They are written for a first version of the site and should be reviewed separately before they are treated as final legal wording.

Submissions

Submitting a track is free. Submission does not guarantee publication. indieMX may approve, reject, edit metadata, or remove content where necessary.

Your rights

You must have the right to submit the music and related information. You remain responsible for your own music rights. indieMX does not claim ownership of submitted music.

Spotify

Spotify remains the hosting and player platform. indieMX embeds publicly available Spotify track links. We do not host audio files.

Reviews

Short reviews published with a track represent indieMX editorial opinion.

Removal

We may remove tracks or pages if they are inaccurate, infringing, abusive, or otherwise unsuitable.
